Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1.
These Regulations may be cited as the Guar Gum (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Revocation Regulations 2010 and come into force on 17th April 2010.
Revocation2.
The Guar Gum (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Regulations 20082 are revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the Guar Gum (Restriction on First Placing on the Market) (Scotland) Regulations 2008, which implemented in Scotland Commission Decision 2008/352/EC. That Decision was repealed with effect from 15th April 2010 by Commission Regulation (EU) 258/2010 (O.J. No. L 80, 26.3.2010, p.28).
