Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation1.
(1)
This Order—
(a)
may be cited as the Poultry Compartments (Fees) (Scotland) Order 2010;
(b)
comes into force on 10th May 2010; and
(c)
extends to Scotland only.
(2)
Expressions used in the table in the Schedule to this Order that are also used in the Poultry Compartments (Scotland) Order 20102 shall have the same meaning as they have in that Order.
