The following provisions of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2009 come into force on 2nd April 2010—

(a)

section 1(5) (co-ordinated support plans: further provision);

(b)

section 12 (dispute resolution);

(c)

section 16 (power to specify additional sources of information);

(d)

section 20 (power to make rules in respect of Tribunal practice and procedure).
