1.   In respect of each consignment of fish or shellfish received at the processing establishment—

(a) the date of receipt;

(b) the species;

(c) the number or weight;

(d) the supplier;

(e) the name of the carrier; and

(f) the destination of the fish or shellfish after processing.]
