Revocations
5.—(1) Article 2 of, and column 2 of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2008(1) (which previously determined the amount of revenue support grant payable to each local authority in respect of the financial year 2008 2009) are revoked.
(2) The Local Government Finance (Scotland) Order 2009(2) is revoked.
