Citation and commencement 1 1 This Order may be cited as the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (Modification of Subordinate Legislation) Order 2009 and comes into force, with the exception of article 3, on 18thDecember 2009. 2 Article3 comes into force on 28thSeptember 2010. Modification of enactments 2 The Schedule to this Order, which makes modification of certain enactments, has effect. This Order makes modifications to subordinate legislation. These modifications are consequential and supplemental to the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007 (asp4).

The modifications set out in the Schedule to the Order, will have effect from 18thDecember 2009 and those set out in Article3 will have effect from 28thSeptember 2010.
