The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Sheriff Courts (Scotland) Act 19711, section 5 of the Court of Session Act 19882, paragraph 37 of Schedule 6 to the Scotland Act 19983, paragraph 38 of Schedule 10 to the Northern Ireland Act 19984 and paragraph 32 of Schedule 9 to the Government of Wales Act 20065, and under and by virtue of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, having consulted and taken into consideration the views of the Sheriff Court Rules Council in accordance with section 33 of the said Act of 1971, do hereby enact and declare:
