1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Temporary Stop Notice) (Scotland) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 3rd August 2009.
(2) In these Regulations “caravan” has the same meaning as for the purposes of Part 1 of the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960(1).
