34. In the Local Government Pension Scheme (Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2008(1)–
(a)in regulation 4(2) (membership accrued before 1st April 2009: rejoining deferred members), omit “within 12 months of becoming a member of the Scheme under paragraph (1)(b)”; and
(b)in paragraph 4(2) of Schedule 2 (the 85 year rule: transitional provisions and savings) for “regulation 14” substitute “regulation 13”.
