The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of the Schedule is 20th April 2009.

The subject matter of each provision of the Act specified in column 1 is listed in column 2 of the Schedule.

The provisions of the Act specified in column 1 of the Schedule come into force only for the purpose of making regulations, orders or rules under the provision so specified.
