The Bankruptcy (Scotland) Regulations 2008

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(4C)15, 6(7), 7(1)(d), 8(2), 11(1), 15(6), 19(1), 22(2)(a) and (6), 23(1)(a), 25(6)(b), 45(3)(a), 48(7), 49(3), 51(7)(a), 54(2), 67(8), 69, 73 and 74 of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 19851, section 225(1) of the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Act 20072 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
