Acting through subsidiaries5.
(1)
Quality Meat Scotland may delegate any of its functions to a subsidiary company with the approval of the Scottish Ministers but may continue to carry out any function it has delegated.
(2)
A subsidiary company must carry out the functions that Quality Meat Scotland delegates to it.
