The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 19922 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In Part 25A of Schedule 1 to the Order (temporary protection of poultry and other captive birds), in Class 72A–
(a)
in paragraph (3)(c) for “on or before the relevant date” substitute, “on or as soon as practicable after the relevant date”; and
(b)
in paragraph (4), in the definition of “relevant date” for “2008” substitute, “2009”.
