In class 33 (development by local authorities) of Schedule 1 after “a local plan adopted under section 12 of the Act” in each place where those words occur insert, “(as in force immediately before the commencement for all purposes of section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006) or a local development plan constituted under section 20 of the Act”.
