Amendment of Schedule 2 to the 2008 Act4.

(1)

Schedule 2 to the 2008 Act (accruing resources of the Scottish Administration which may be used without individual limit) is amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (9).

In Part 1 for the overall amount of “£25,000,000” substitute “£26,600,000”.

(3)

In Part 2, after item 4 with corresponding purpose, insert–

“4A.

Repayment of loans by Scottish Water Business Stream Holdings

Expenditure on the Scottish Water Business Stream Holdings”.
