In schedule 2 to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 20052 (fundable bodies)–

(a)

for “Central College of Commerce” substitute “Central College Glasgow”;

(b)

for “Glasgow College of Nautical Science” substitute “Glasgow College of Nautical Studies”;

(c)

after the entry for Edinburgh College of Art insert–

  • “Edinburgh Napier University”; and

(d)

omit the entry for Napier University.
