The Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 20063

In the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006 M1 for paragraph 2(2)(g) of Schedule 4 (chilled and hot holding requirements) to those Regulations substitute–

to which Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products and Commission Regulation (EC) No. 589/2008 laying down detailed rules for implementing Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards marketing standards for eggs applies.
