Amendment of the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995

2.—(1) The Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995(1) is amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this article.
(2) In article 2(2) for “Council Directive 92/102/EEC on the identification and registration of animals(2)”, substitute “Council Directive 2008/71/EC on the identification and registration of pigs(3)”.
