Revocation

4.  The following Orders are revoked:–

(a) the Water Environment and Water Services (Scotland) Act 2003 (Designation of Responsible Authorities and Functions) Order 2006(1); and

(b) the Water Environment (Relevant Enactments) Order 2006(2).
