The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(1) and (2)(a) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland Amendment Order 2008 Revocation Order 2008 and comes into force on 14th June 2008.

Revocation2.

The Public Transport Users' Committee for Scotland Amendment Order 20082 is revoked.
