The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Commencement No. 3) Order 20082 is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

In article 1(3) and in column 3 of the Schedule for “strategic development plan authority” in each place where those words occur substitute, “strategic development planning authority”.
