Defect in execution of a seizure order or irregularity in its execution7
A contractor acting in accordance with these Regulations in the execution of a seizure order shall not be guilty of an offence under section 3 of the Trespass (Scotland) Act 18654 by reason only of any irregularity in the execution of the order.
