The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 56(7) and (8)(j), 134, 146(2) and 147(1) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 20051 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Occasional Licence (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st February 2008.

Form of occasional licence2.

An occasional licence is to be in the form set out in Schedule 1.

Application for an occasional licence3.

An occasional licence application is to be in the form set out in Schedule 2.
