In this Order–

“the 1982 Act” means the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 19822;
“the 1995 Act” means the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19953; and

“the Act” means the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2006.
