Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise (with regard to the following Order, except article 9) of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 8A of the Animal Health Act 19811, and, in exercise (with regard to article 9) of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation as required by section 8A(11) of the Animal Health Act 1981, hereby make the following Order:
