The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 6, 7 and 8 of the Police Pensions Act 19761 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation with the Police Negotiating Board2 for the United Kingdom, make the following Regulations:
