The Scottish Police Services Authority (Police Support Services) (Modification) Order 2007

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 24(1) and 102 of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 20061, and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 24(2) of that Act, the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Scottish Police Services Authority, persons whom the Scottish Ministers consider represent the interests of chief constables of police forces and police bodies and such other persons as the Scottish Ministers consider appropriate.
In accordance with section 103(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
