Modification of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005

2.  In schedule 2 to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 (fundable bodies)–

(a) after “Cardonald College” insert “Carnegie College”;

(b) for “Jewel and Esk Valley College” substitute “Jewel and Esk College”;

(c) omit “Lauder College”;

(d) omit “Bell College of Technology”;

(e) omit “University of Paisley”; and

(f) after “University of Strathclyde” insert “University of the West of Scotland”.
