Where an offence is a “relevant offence” only by virtue of paragraph (d) of regulation 2 and the sentence of imprisonment is imposed on a date later than that of the conviction in question, sections 24(3), 43(3), 75(2) and 82(2) of the Act are to have effect as if they required notice to be given no later than one month after the date on which the sentence of imprisonment was imposed.
