Permit lost, stolen or damaged13

Where a permit is lost, stolen or damaged, the holder may apply to the Licensing Board for a copy.

An application under paragraph (1) must be accompanied by a fee of £15.

A Licensing Board must grant an application under this regulation if satisfied–
a
that the permit has been lost, stolen or damaged; and
b
where the permit has been lost or stolen, that the loss or theft has been reported to the police.

As soon as reasonably practicable after granting an application under this regulation, a Licensing Board is to issue a copy of the permit certified by it as a true copy.

A copy of a permit issued under paragraph (4) is to be treated as if it were the permit.
