Appointed Day

2.  8th November 2007 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Scottish Commission for Human Rights Act 2006:–

(a) section 1 so far as relating to paragraphs 1 to 15 of schedule 1;

(b) section 7; and

(c) paragraphs 1 to 15 of schedule 1.
