The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (Listed Tribunals) (Scotland) Order 2007

The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 49(3) of, and paragraphs 25(2), (3)(a)(ii) and (4) and 26 of Schedule 7 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20071 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
