Commencement of provisions2.
The following provisions of the Police and Justice Act 2006 come into force on 1st October 2007:
(a)
sections 35 to 38;
(b)
section 52 in so far as it relates to the paragraphs in Schedule 14 and the entries in Schedule 15 referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d);
(c)
paragraphs 17, 18, 19, 25 and 29 of Schedule 14;
