Consequential amendment

5.  In section 45 of the 1983 Act, for “this Act and the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994” substitute “this Act, the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994 and the Local Governance (Scotland) Act 2004”(1).
