<Text>These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Training of Staff) (Scotland) Regulations 2007 and come into force on 1st February 2008.</Text>

<Text>In these Regulations, “<Abbreviation Expansion="Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 asp 16">the Act</Abbreviation>” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.</Text>

<Title>Training requirement</Title>

<Text>The training requirement prescribed for the purposes of paragraph 6 of schedule 3 to the Act is that any person working in the capacity mentioned in sub-paragraph (2) of that paragraph must have received relevant training from a person who at the time of providing the training holds–</Text>
