Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 1(1B) of the Education (Scotland) Act 19801and all other powers enabling them to do so.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Provision of School Education for Children under School Age (Prescribed Children) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2007 and comes into force on 25th September 2007.
Amendment of the prescribed amount of school education2

The Provision of School Education for Children under School Age (Prescribed Children) (Scotland) Order 20022 shall be amended as follows.

In article 3(1) (amount of school education to be provided for children of a prescribed description) for “412.5 hours of school education” substitute “475 hours of school education”.
