Transitional Provisions
4. The amendments made by paragraph (2) of schedule 6 to the Act to section 17 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003(1) do not apply in relation to an offence entirely committed prior to 1st August 2007.
