Appointed day
2.—(1) Subject to the transitional provisions in articles 3 and 4, the appointed day for the coming into force of the provisions of the Aquaculture and Fisheries (Scotland) Act 2007 (“the Act”) (other than sections 12 and 42 to 45) is 1st August 2007, except for section 35.
(2) The appointed day for the coming into force of section 35 is 1st August 2008.
