This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall, subject to paragraph (2), come into force on 1st April 2007.

Article 13 shall come into force on 2nd April 2007.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
