The Representation of the People (Post-Local Government Elections Supply and Inspection of Documents) (Scotland) Regulations 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2), (4), (5) and (8) and section 61 of the Local Electoral Administration and Registration Services (Scotland) Act 20061, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 61 of that Act, been laid before, and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
