2. Section 2(2) of the Court of Session Act 1988 (composition of court)(1) is amended by substituting for the word “four” where it second appears the word “five”.
The number of senior judges in each of the two Divisions of the Inner House of the Court of Session was increased from three to four by S.S.I. 2001/41.
