Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1 and 2A of the Inshore Fishing (Scotland) Act 19841, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Inshore Fishing (Prohibited Methods of Fishing) (Firth of Lorn) Revocation Order 2007 and shall come into force on 15th March 2007.
Revocation2.
The Inshore Fishing (Prohibited Methods of Fishing) (Firth of Lorn) Order 20072 is revoked.
