This Order amends the Strathclyde Passenger Transport Authority (Consequential, Membership and Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 1995 to reduce the Authority’s membership from 34 to 20 and to change the councillor numbers for each council to reflect the councillor membership of the West of Scotland Transport Partnership(1) (articles 3 and 5).
Article 4 of the Order makes the appointment of a secretary to the Authority discretionary.
