The Justices of the Peace (Scotland) Order 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 67(5) and (6), 69 and 81(2) of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 20071 and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and with the approval of the Lord President of the Court of Session granted in accordance with section 69(4) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
