The Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007

Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Building (Scotland) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.
Amendment of Regulations2
In the Schedule to the Building (Forms) (Scotland) Regulations 20052–
a
i
in the fifth paragraph of the declaration in Form 5; and
ii
in the third paragraph of the declaration in Form 6
for “[and where this submission is for a dwelling]” substitute “[and when the provisions of building regulations apply]”; and
b
for the sixth paragraph of the declaration in Form 5 and the fourth paragraph of the declaration in Form 6 substitute in each case “I enclose a copy of the energy performance certificate(s) for the building(s).”.
