2.  19th March 2007 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990:–

(a) section 25;

(b) section 26;

(c) section 27;

(d) section 28;

(e) section 29; and

(f) Schedule 2.
