The Licensing (Appointed Day and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 2007 No. 128

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Licensing (Appointed Day and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st May 2007.

(2) In this Order–

“the Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005;

“the 1976 Act” means the Licensing (Scotland) Act 1976(1).
