The Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 1 and Savings) (Scotland) Order 2007

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 195(1) and 199(1) of the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and with the consent of the Secretary of State in terms of section 199(2)(c)(ii) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
