The Water Services Charges (Billing and Collection) (Scotland) Order 2006

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 20021 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals, as required by section 8(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 19922, hereby make the following Order:
