13.—(1) In regulation 14(5) for “the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (England) Regulations 2006”, substitute “the Environmental Impact Assessment (Agriculture) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2006(1)”.
(2) In regulation 28(3)(a) after “relates” insert “and take the measures”.
